And
Somebody Said
First somebody said, "Let's have pictures
of naked women on magazine covers." And we said OK!
Then somebody said, "Let's have pictures of naked kids in our mags
and covers." And we said, "OK! It only appreciation of beauty."
Then somebody pushed the 'appreciation' further and put pictures
of nude kids on the Internet. And we said, "OK, they have the right
to do so."
Then someone suggested, let's not spank our kids when they do something
wrong. And we said, "OK, why hurt their little emotions."
Then someone in a school administration said, "Since boys will be
boys, and they'll do it anyway, let's give them all the condoms they want
and their parents wouldn't even have to know we did it." And we aid
OK!
Then some wise guy said, "Let's stop compulsory worship and study
of God in our schools for the benefit of those who don't care for it."
And we said OK!
With all these things, no wonder information like jokes on the net travel
like wildfire and such ones like these might find themselves in the deleted
items or recycle bin.
Think about it!
No wonder I would think twice before mailing this to those on my contact
list. Worrying about whether they believe in God at all or what in the
world they would think of me when I send it.
Are you thinking?
Sender to God:
Dear God,
Why did you allow those Christian girls to be killed by those
two gun-toting boys in that American school?
GOD to sender:
Dear sender,
I'm not allowed in schools

Send this to someone if you think it has value.
If not you can destroy it. No one would know you did. But if you do, do
not sit back and complain about what a bad shape this world is in.
Our world is slowly becoming relaxed to wrong and sinful doing.
In 1991, when Terminator II came out, it was rated 18R with ultra
violence. By 1999 it had fallen to 16V and by 2001, it appeared
on MNET as a common PG13 movie.
In 1999, people who did very sick explicit things at dances, did so only
in the heart of the crowd and remained almost unseen but by 2002, those
close to the exit did it just as bad and are proud to boast in their sick
exploits.
Freedom of speech went a step further when 'Bitch' and 'Arse'
were no longer beeped off or censored in movies and TV shows. The 2001
MTV video awards boasted of 13 occasions of usage of such words b its
presenters, Marlon and Keanon Ivory Wayans alone! Yet in 1939, an entire
movie was almost banned because Mae West, the main actress used the expression
"Is that a gun in your pocket or you're just happy to see me?"
Ten years or so later, another movie, Casablanca, faced a similar problem
when Clark Gable said, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!"
in response to female co-star's whims.
What is the world going to and what would be the reference point or yardstick
for which trying to be God fearing? What can they consider as bad? Just
a 'fault.' Okay, or good. And when they try what kind of 'big up' do people
give them?
Is God only a fictitious make-believe character like Santa Clause and
the Easter Bunny, who only becomes a reality in times of crisis or exam?
If you believe that He created everything large and tiny, visible and
invisible, did He just do all this to grant as our wishes?
Are all those people who live in simplicity and humbleness in their worship
of God only wasting their lives? Does God think they are?
Does he think you aren't?
"DO NOT BE DECEIVED. GOD
CANNOT BE MOCKED. A MAN REAPS WHAT HE SOWS." (Galatians 6:7)
