It has been a whole week
full of tension and anxiety and one might wonder what this is all about?
One student was asked by the asem reporter about the state of affairs
as far as the Senior prefect post is concerned. A girl in SS1 (name
withheld) stated that she was expecting an overwhelming win for Mr.
Benjamin Glover but let's see whether he makes it to the final round
of the election process.
Among the contestants are Eloi Simons, Benjamin Glover, Tenkorang Somuah
Senior and
Francis Amartefio, Kwapong Benjamin, Francis Atuahene, Ankomang Kwaku.
One particular thing about this people is that they are all "sharks"
(smart students), I mean serious ones. Even though one might contest
to the fact that they are nothing, they each had a minimum of five A's
as from ss1 with their maximum being eight A's.
Among these contestants it also appears that most of them are likely
to win but we know
What happened in George Orwell's animal farms, "All ANIMALS ARE
EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS''.
With this in mind each of the contestants will be trying to woo the
students to their side.

With this the chase is on for the senior prefect (SP).
Not forgetting the girls it has been really one-sided but it seems as
if the tread is changing in favor of Stephanie Ashietei kotei. The contestants
for this position are:
Kuukuwaa Andam, Mansa Amamoo, Juliana Nkansah, Ama Antwi Bosiako, Samiah
Braimah and
Jacqueline Adjei.
Undisputedly, they are all "sharks in their own right" but
a couple of student's interviewed gave their displeasure about Kuukuwaa
Andam been nominated, their reason been that she is a "chukite"
(reports too often to authorities) and undoubtedly it is well know in
the school that the administration likes "Chukites" for reasons
students will never understand.
Mansa Amamoo as described by a section of the student's think she is
not sociable and your first impression about her tells you she is very
proud. Notwithstanding her beauty, she is very smart looking, elegant
and seems very competent for the job more than her fellow contestants.
