It would be appropriate to begin on a welcome note. Welcome to Motown's first ever-electronic magazine - ASEM, which stands for Achimota School Electronic Magazine.
It has been a wish of various individuals in the school, both student and faculty alike to come out with a school magazine and thus several committees have been formed over the years towards attaining this goal. Unfortunately, due to some kind of difficulty or another all have been unsuccessful.
This is where the innovative skill of students of the school and the specific students of the Worldlink Club became inspired by the idea of an electronic magazine. Thus the first ever-electronic magazine of Achimota was born and christened ASEM.
Commendation for this maiden edition of ASEM goes firstly to the dedicated and hardworking members of the school's Worldlink Club and to all the supportive and dependable (as always) students of Achimota School. Ayekoo!!
It is our wish that this magazine would serve as a medium to showcase the talents of the students of our school, give outsiders a broad and general idea of the Achimotan experience and possibly bring a smile or two to the face of a long gone, faraway, ancient AKORA.
Highlights in this issue include jokes, poems and stories written by the students of Motown. It also features interesting but provoking articles and of course the winners for the recently held SRC AWARDS NITE. Enjoy.
